Ever since moving to Europe, I've looked at and enjoyed coffee on a whole new level. I used to be the girl that when my friends and I would go to a coffeeshop, I'd leave with a hot chocolate.... coffee wasn't my thing. But sugar and chocolate sure was! But I've slowly grown to love all the different flavours, roasts, and types of coffee out there in all the different countries (not that I actually understand any of it, but it's still fun learning the whole "language" of coffee!).

I met up with a friend at The Holy Cross Brewing Society, who I recently met at church, and while it's a small shop, it's fabulous! It holds wonderful vibes, a chill, cool atmosphere, and has been built on the hope of providing a third wave coffee experience with delicious speciality coffees - all while frequently changing roasters to always bring in the best! I'd highly recommend heading over to this cute shop for a delicious caffeinated beverage. I'm also thinking I need to go back and see if I can buy one of those coffee pots on the shelf!
