Kyle + Natasha // An Albertan Wedding

I had been looking forward to Kyle and Natasha's wedding all summer after our fun engagement session in the mountains back in May. The plan was to have a beautiful, sunny outdoor wedding; however, Alberta always seems to have a mind of its own and decided to snow a couple days before, and then simply remain cold for the day of the wedding (we shouldn't be surprised though, since this is just how Calgary works). But it didn't stop these two from having a wonderful day! They pushed through the cold, still looking amazing, and celebrated their love no matter the temperature!

One thing I loved about this day was how much everyone loved this couple. They seriously seem beloved! That's such a treasure to see, when two people have such wonderful family and friends to come help them celebrate the start of their new marriage. I also loved their simple rustic, yet elegant decor to provide such a fun, Albertan vibe to the entire day! It was seriously a privilege to get to shoot their day!!

Their first look was just beyond precious. You could feel the nerves and excitement in the air, and you could tell that Kyle was just trying not to burst with love as he saw his new bride. I love when you can feel their emotions.

The ceremony was held at Jumping Pound Community Hall, where they set up an arbor with a lovely floral arrangement! The community hall was beautifully decorated with lights and simple touches everywhere. It just suited the entire day.

To end such a great day, the best man came up to me to ask if I could join them outside while they light up their celebratory cigars all together. It definitely made for some fun photos!

And so, the night continued on from there.......
